Spelt is an ancient grain favoured by the Romans for beer and bread making. The grain has a wonderful flavour and may be suitable for those with a wheat intolerance. Grown and malted on the farm the spelt is sent to a local brewer who uses Belgian brewing traditions to produce a delicious, refreshing, well balanced beer.
