Our Environmental Goals

Our commitment is to constantly improve how sustainable our operations are. As a team we agree targets and strive to over achieve against them. Sourcing locally does help to reduce our carbon footprint but there is so much more we can do starting with packaging and plastic usage.

Our new platter boxes are made out of cardboard and the box has small plastic window to see what is inside. This is removable and then the box can be recycled.

As well as making our packaging as sustainable as possible we also make sure our catering equipment is environmentally friendly. All our coffee cups are made from cornstarch and are biodegradable. Our cutlery is made from wood from sustainable forests and is also biodegradable. Our napkins are made from recycled materials and can be composted. Our plates are made from sugar beet pulp and can also be composted.
