Registration/ Morning Refreshments

Freshly Brewed Filter Coffee and Tea Selection

Our delicious filter coffee uses Colombian coffee beans that are roasted in Lincolnshire to our own recipe. We provide a selection of fair trade tea options including:

  • Early Grey
  • English Breakfast
  • Green Tea
  • Camomile
  • Peppermint
  • Green Tea and Peach
  • Red Berry and Flower
  • Great Decaf
  • Lemongrass and Ginger

Served with:

  • Sugar  and Sweetener
  • Fresh Milk
  • Stirrers
  • Napkins

Value Sandwich Platter (3 Pieces)

We use a selection of white & granary sandwich bread locally made in Cottenham.

On each platter we offer a selection from the following fillings freshly made to order:

  • Honey roast ham with fresh salad and Mayonnaise 
  • Chicken with a pesto mayonnaise
  • Tuna & crunchy cucumber
  • Egg mayonnaise – using  free-range eggs, cress and tomato (v)
  • Farmhouse mature cheddar cheese with Suffolk Real Ale chutney & mixed leaf salad (v)
  • Cream cheese & fresh cucumber (v)
  • Hummus and tomato – hummus handmade by our chef with tomato and mixed leaf salad (v)

(v) Vegetarian – if no specific fillings are requested we will always provide half vegetarian and half non-vegetarian fillings that will be split onto separate platters.

We can provide gluten free and vegan sandwiches when requested.

 

Open Baguette Platter (2 Pieces)

Delicious open baguettes sliced in to four, with a selection of fillings:

  • Paté and Cucumber
  • Hot Smoked Salmon and Cucumber
  • Chicken and Lemon Mayonnaise
  • Cream Cheese and Chive
  • Avocado, Lettuce and roasted red peppers
  • Hummus, Tomato and Lettuce

Each person gets two slices of baguette.

(v) Vegetarian – if no specific fillings are requested we will always provide half vegetarian and half non-vegetarian fillings that will be split onto separate platters.

 

Salad

Please choose three of the following salads:

Fresh Coleslaw - Our freshly hand-made coleslaw contains carrot, cabbage, onion and mayonnaise.

Caesar Salad – Lettuce leaves dressed with parmesan shavings and a sprinkling of croutons

Lemon-Parsley Bean Salad - A delicious crunchy and tasty bean salad bursting with Mediterranean flavours. Not only is the salad flavoursome and appetizing it is also Vegan and Gluten Free.

Green Leaf Salad - Simple and healthy salad made with mixed leaves and served with a vinaigrette dressing.

Potato Salad - Freshly cooked new potatoes with mayo and chives for some extra freshness!


Hand-Made Vegetarian Quiche

Handmade freshly to order using seasonal produce sourced from the Anglian region when possible.

The selections of flavours we provide are as follows:

  • Tomato & Basil (v)
  • Pea and Pesto (v)
  • Mushroom & Thyme (v)

Please specify when ordering which flavour you would like or if you can't choose we will be happy to choose for you.

 

Light Bites

Choose from three from the following selection:

Mini Sausage roll platter - Freshly baked by our chef with Olde English recipe sausage meat from Wicks Manor, Essex, and wrapped in a light, crisp puff pastry.

Vegetarian Swirls - Our tasty vegetarian swirls are hand-made, freshly baked and filled with farmhouse mature cheddar cheese and pesto. 

Spinach and Ricotta Puffs - These vegetarian light puff pastry treats filled with ricotta cheese, spinach and nutmeg. 

Samosa Pinwheels - Filled with potato and spices

Vol-au-vents with chicken and asparagus

Vol-au-vents with olive and feta (v)

 

Dessert

Handmade Cake Selection Platter

A platter of mixed hand-made cakes including chocolate cake, lemon drizzle, traditional fruit cake, saltana and cherry, Batanburg and ginger.

Soft Fruit Platter

These fruits have been especially chosen for their size, making them easy to eat.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie Bites

Delicious, handmade chocolate brownies. Made to our own special recipe, you really will taste the difference.

Jugs of Water

 

Jugs of tap water will be provided as standard with the lunches however you can add some local fruit cordials for only £0.65 per person. Please ask for more details.
