We have a minimum order of 50 – if you have fewer guests than this we reccommend that you select from our set lunch menus.

 

Staffing will be required at your conference, (this is an additional charge):

• For parties up to 40 we suggest 1 member of staff
• Up to 80; 2 members of staff
• Up to 120; 3 members of staff

Our delicious filter coffee uses Colombian coffee beans that are roasted in Lincolnshire to our own recipe. We provide a selection of fair trade tea options including:

Value Sandwich Platter (3 Pieces)

We use a selection of white & granary sandwich bread locally made in Cottenham.

On each platter we offer a selection from the following fillings freshly made to order:

• Honey roast ham mayonnaise and mixed leaf salad
•  chicken pesto
• Tuna & cucumber
• Egg mayonnaise  and cress
•  mature cheddar cheese with Sticky pickle  mixed leaf salad (v)
• Cream cheese & fresh cucumber (v)
• Hummus and Roasted vegetable (v)

(v) Vegetarian – if no specific fillings are requested we will always provide half vegetarian and half non-vegetarian fillings that will be split onto separate platters.

We can provide gluten free and vegan sandwiches when requested.

A 12" tortilla wrap, generously filled with local, seasonal ingredients and sliced into 6

On each platter we offer a selection from the following, freshly made to order:

Jugs of tap water will be provided as standard with the lunches but you can add local organic fruit juices or local fruit cordials for only £0.65 per person.
