Please note that there is a minimum booking of 50 guests.
Spit-roast; You have the choice of the following:
- Hog Roast with stuffing, apple sauce and crackling served in a fresh baked roll. (feeds around 100 guests)
- Spring lamb with mint sauce served in a freshly baked roll. (feeds around 50 guest)
- Barron of beef (sirloin and rump) with horseradish sauce and served in a freshly baked roll. (feeds between 80-100 guests)
BBQ; You will receive:
- Hand-made Cumberland sausages
- Hand-made beef burgers made from local beef
- Halumi Kebabs
- Mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese
- Vegetarian Quiche
- Coleslaw: sliced white cabbage, onions and carrots in a mayonnaise dressing
- Caesar salad: green leaf dressed and sprinkled with parmesan shavings and croutons
- Cous Cous: freshly made cous cous mixed on with seasonal veggies!
- Local strawberries and cream
- Dessert tart platter
